Governor’s Home is located within 1 block of the Capitol complex and capitol building – around a 5 minutes walk.  Downtown Cheyenne and it’s many restaurants, shops, museums and brew pubs are only another 5 – 10 minutes by foot.

Tea and Coffee are provided at no additional costs to guests.  You will find them in the kitchen along with a teapot and coffee maker.

Breakfast is not provided but there are several breakfast or brunch eateries  within walking distance of the home on the other side of the Capitol building.  Discounted vouchers can be purchased when you complete your booking and will be provided the day you check in.

We love dogs but unfortunately given the status of Governor’s Home as a Historic Registered residence, we can not host animals in the home due to insurance issues as well as allergies of one of the owner’s family members.

Free parking is available street side directly in front of  Governor’s Home with a direct walkway to the entrance from the street.  Up to 5 cars can easily park directly in front.

Covered parking is available within walking distance at several nearby parking facilities some of which are free of charge.
